Justice Bhagwati Prasad was on Sunday sworn in as the new Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court. Governor M.O.H. Farooq administered the oath to Justice Prasad at a simple ceremony at the Raj Bhavan here. Union food processing minister, Mr Subodh Kant Sahai, Assembly Speaker, Mr C.P. Singh, Judges of the High Court and several other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
