Yamuna rises higher, poses bigger threat

The Yamuna has swollen to an all-time high, breaking its 32-year-old record flow of 709,000 cusecs (in a day), in just two hours, flooding dozens of Haryana villages and posing an unprecedented threat to Delhi.
