President Pratibha D. Patil and Prince Charles are likely to share the honours at the inauguration of the Delhi Commonwealth Games. While Prince Char-les will read out Queen Eliz-abeth II’s message which ends with the Games being declared “open”, the Presid-ent will say, “Let the Games begin.”
