R&B singer Chris Brown has landed himself in trouble again following a heated homophobic twitter rant with former singer Raz-B. Brown, who recently completed domestic violence classes for assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, apologised for his Twitter bout with Raz-B.
“Words cannot begin to express how sorry and frustrated I am over what transpired publicly on Twitter,” the singer said.
“Yesterday was an unfortunate lack in judgment sparked by public Twitter attacks from Raz-B, who was bent on getting attention. I have learned over the past few years to not condone or represent acts of violence against anyone,” Brown said in a statement to TMZ.
Brown, 21, reacted sharply to Raz-B’s comment criticising the singer for assaulting Rihanna.
“I’m not homophobic! He’s just disrespectful!” Brown said after he drew criticism for his homophobic slurs but deleted the messages. —PTI
