Kuwait City, Feb. 6: Kuwait’s interior minister, Sheikh Jaber, stepped down over the death of an activist in a police station, amid rising tensions that include calls for the first major Gulf street protests on Tuesday. The group, Fifth Fence, said it is using Twitter, to gather its supporters.
