Bollywood newbie and ex-Miss India-Universe Puja Gupta believes that fitness is a combination of a healthy mind and soul. But the beauty queen doesn’t quite believe in following a strict diet regime. “I eat like a pig. But I eat in moderation and I’m not sold on junk or fried food,” says Puja, who thinks Hrithik Roshan and Shilpa Shetty have the most amazing bodies in Bollywood. The actress follows a strict regime of artistic yoga. “It suits my body and I have been doing it since I was 19. Unlike the gym, yoga ensures a leaner body. My favourite exercise is the surya-pranam,” says Puja.
