The cellphone of Prime Minister’s media adviser, Harish Khare, was stolen from his car parked outside his residence at Civil Lines on Wednesday afternoon.
According to reports, Mr Khare had come to his residence for some work and he left the phone in his car. However, when he returned, he did not find the cellphone in the car.
An FIR (No. 98A) has been registered at the Civil Lines police station in this connection and the police is investigating the case.
The police has put the IMEI number of the cellphone on technical surveillance.
