De la Rosa says Hispania staff in dark on sale

Spanish veteran Pedro de la Rosa admitted on Thursday that the Madrid-based Hispania team members have been given no feedback on the sale of the team and have remained in the dark about their futures.

Team owners Thesan Capital put the team on sale earlier this month with a deadline for the sale to be completed by November 30.

De la Rosa said the lack of information made the situation even worse for Hispania employees.

"It's not easy for anybody, especially for the mechanics and engineers who from now on have to fight for their future because we don't know what will happen," de la Rosa told reporters at Interlagos.

"None of us know what will happen, but we have to assume that the team will continue and that we still have to do the best possible job and forget about all this.

"It's easy to say, but difficult to do, but people are being very professional."
