Siachen wins main event

Jagdish Singh Dhariwal-trained Siachen was ably ridden by Y. S. Srinath to claim the Fillies Trial Stakes, the feature event of the races held here on Sunday.
Srinath raced Siachen in mid group of the closely bunched field before shooting into lead mid way up the stretch to win quiet convincingly from late rallying Moonlight Romance, the favourite before the event.
