Bengaluru: Indian discard Ajit Agarkar was snapped up by Delhi Daredevils for $210,000 after starting with a base price of $100,000.
South African Ryan McLaren was unsold.
England's Ravi Bopara, who played for Kings XI Punjab, was surprisingly not picked up by any of the franchises.
West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Smith, South Africa's Justin Kemp, Kiwi Jacob Oram and England's Dmitri Mascarenhas also suffered the same fate.
The auction gets underway with the second group of wicketkeeper up for grabs.

Sri Lankan veteran Sanath Jayasuriya, who started with a base price of $200,000, was in for a major shock as he was not taken up by any of the ten franchisees.
England's pacer Tim Bresnan, who was part of the Ashes winning squad, was also not taken up along with compatriot Michael Yardy.
