Pune, July 14: Coozy Katrak-trained Sea Star holds an edge over others to win the Rose Royal Trophy, the feature event of the inaugural day’s races to be held here on Thursday.

The Selections

1. The Everything Plate horses rated 1to 19 (Class-V) 1000 metres 2 pm: 1. Rising Glory, 2. The First Lady, 3. Candy Floss.

2. The Princess Gombos Plate horses rated 1 to 26 (Class-V) 1400 metres 2.30 pm: 1. Hi Dolly, 2. Blau Himmel, 3. Flying Spirit.

3. The Storm Plate (Division II) horses three-years-old only 1200 metres 3 pm: 1. Alice Springs, 2. Showstopper, 3. Ocean Warrior.

4. The Cupid Plate horses rated 60 to 86 (Class-II) 1000 metres 3.30 pm: 1. Highland Flame, 2. Ecstatica, 3. Highland Music.

5. The Storm Plate (Division I) horses three-years-old only 1200 metres 4 pm: 1. Ocean Star, 2. Royal Highness, 3. Emerald Valley.

6. The Vibrant Plate (Division II) horses rated 20 to 46 (Class-IV) 1000 metres 4.30 pm: 1. Confederation, 2. Mypethoney, 3. Star Invitation.

7. The Rose Royal Trophy horses rated 80 and upward (Class-I) 1200 metres 5 pm: 1. Sea Star, 2. Arts, 3. Scholar.

8. The Vibrant Plate (Division I) horses rated 20 to 46 (Class-IV) 1000 metres 5.30 pm: 1. Little Warrior, 2. Finfoot, 3. Kite Runner.

Day’s Best: Ocean Star.

The first race of the inaugural Pune meeting this season begins at 2 pm.
