Maken satisfied with Census enumeration

After landing in hot waters with his party for writing to Congress MPs seeking to mobilise them against the caste-Census, Union minister of state for home, Ajay Maken on Tuesday “took stock of the ongoing house-listing and Census enumeration exercise in New Delhi”. The MoS undertook an “on-the-spot, in field interaction with Census officials, enumerators and people in general” in the R.K. Puram area of New Delhi.
