The Aurangabad division bench of the Bombay high court on Tuesday ordered the disbandment of the Sai Baba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi.

The Bombay high court on Monday asked the I-T department, CBI and Enforcement Directorate to hold a meeting to streamline the investigation into the Adarsh Housing Society scam. The court also wants the agencies to arrest persons named in the FIR to expedite the probe.
