80% turnout in 4th phase J&K panchayat poll

Electorate on Monday turned out in droves to cast votes for the fourth phase of Panchayat polls in Jammu Kashmir which recorded over 80 per cent polling.
The exercise to elect 346 sarpanchs and 2471 panchs in 12 blocks of the state passed off peacefully.
