RBI reference rates for US dollar and euro

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Wednesday fixed the reference rate for the US dollar at Rs 44.69 per dollar and the euro at Rs 64.39 per euro, as against Rs 44.73 per dollar and Rs 63.90 per euro on Tuesday.

HDFC quarterly net profit up 23.27 %

Housing finance major HDFC on Tuesday reported a 23.27 per cent rise in net profit for the quarter ended March 31 at Rs.1,141.95 crores compared to Rs.926.3 crores in the year-ago period.
