Bihar deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi has ruled out a CBI probe into the murder of ruling BJP legislator Rajkishore Keshari.

"There is no possibility of the state government handing over an inquiry into the Keshari murder case to CBI at the moment," Mr Modi, who was here to attend the funeral, told reporters on Wednesday.
