Collision probe in tangle over missing memos

Vananchal Express remained at Sainthia station even after its scheduled departure time. But an enquiry has led the investigators to a dead end due to the absence of an official memo that could have explained the reason behind the detention.
Accident shatters many dreams

‘Nature of accident unnatural’
A probe has been started into what appears to be an “accident.” However, it is only the “unnaturalness” of this incident that is haunting the railway officials.
The first thing that has puzzled the officials is the high speed with which the trailing North Coochbehar Sealdah bound Uttar Banga Express had approached the Sainthia
