JPC to begin questioning on 2G today

The P.C. Chacko-led JPC on the 2G spectrum issue will begin questioning witnesses, including former telecom secretaries and former TRAI

chiefs, from July 7. Sources said the panel is also likely to call the heads of the companies which have allegedly benefited from the 2G spectrum

scam. Former telecom secretary Siddharth Behura, currently lodged in Tihar Jail, will also be produced before the panel on July 12.
