CISF security in place in 2 weeks

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) will finish induction of personnel and deployment of security gadgets on the airport express link in about a fortnight’s time.
Ending months-long stalemate over the security issue, it was decided on Friday that the corridor will be guarded by the CISF.

Two brothers arrested for molesting woman

The south Delhi district police on Sunday apprehended two brothers in connection with a molestation case of a 27-year-old woman. The incident happened in the Greater Kailash II area in late hours of Thursday when the woman was coming out of a restaurant-pub. Meanwhile, the accused, owners of a Lajpat Nagar-based private firm, have revealed the whereabouts of four more friends who were involved in the incident. However, the other four men are still on the run.

DTC buses insufficient for outer Delhi

5 held for raping woman, assaulting her boyfriend

The Ghaziabad police on Sunday arrested five men for allegedly raping a woman after thrashing her friend.
The accused have been identified as Monu, Devendra Singh, Tonu (Monu’s brother), Jai Kishore Singh, and Manoj. The police officers have also confirmed that the five men are all residents of Raheespur village in Ghaziabad.
