Healthy snacks for weight watchers
Dieting is no fun as one has to deny oneself the guilty pleasure of lip-smacking snacks and opt for boring carrot sticks or a bland salad. But help is at hand and there are tasty and healthy snacks that you can relish between meals without feeling guilty. A.D. Singh, the man behind Olive Bar & Kitchen, says, “I have specific views on dieting and I personally only have juices for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. I get hungry by tea time and opt for coconut malai to fill myself. But one can make yummy healthy snacks like tomato and basil toasts, soups or healthy chaat to dig on between meals while dieting.” He adds, “It is very important that one is disciplined while dieting.” He shares two simple recipes — one Western, one Indian; both healthy and perfect snacks for weight watchers.
