Jagan Mohan Reddy’s remand extended till June 25
YSR Congress chief and Kadapa MP Jagan Mohan Reddy's judicial remand in the disproportionate case has been extended till June 25 and hence, he has to be in jail for two more weeks.
Moreover, the CBI which has sought his custody for interrogation is demanding that Jagan must undergo narco test in connection with the illegal assets case.
On Monday, Jagan presented himself before the special CBI court which informed him that his judicial remand had been extended.
Jagan asked the court why he was brought from jail in a bullet proof vehicle despite having Z category security and the court ordered that he be given a bullet proof car.
Jagan sought permission from the court to speak to his wife and mother who were present on the occasion.
On Tuesday, Andhra Pradesh will witness byelections to 18 Assembly seats and one Lok Sabha constituency following a high-decibel campaign which ended on Sunday evening.
Being described as litmus test for parties ahead of 2014 Assembly elections, Jagan is expected to make an impact in the byelections.
The 39-year-old MP was arrested by the CBI on May 27 in connection with the disproportionate assets case after being interrogated for three days.
He spent the last 15 days in jail, while his mother Vijayalakhsmi had to take over the party's campaign in the byelections.

Hi,
Israel and the West is interested in the vast amount of Uranium found in Tumalapalli village of Kadappa recently. This mine has more than one lakh tonnes of Uranium and it is the world's largest reserve.
This is the reason of excessive foreign funded christian missionary NGO activity --( Trojan horses ) here.
