Mamata wants MCA to revoke ban on SRK

West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Friday seemed to be supporting Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan in the IPL brawl incident.

Mamata asked the Mumbai Cricket Association to reconsider the decision that they have taken on Kolkata Knight Rider's co-owner, say reports.

The MCA on Friday banned Shah Rukh Khan from entering the Wankhede Stadium for five years, following his spat with the MCA officials after an IPL match on Wednesday night.

From my point of view,

From my point of view, shahrukh must be banned life long from Wankhde stadium...And those politicians supports shahrukh too must be banned from the stadium too.

If IPL is entertainment real

If IPL is entertainment real cricketers must exit. Sachin Tendulkar did not make films as a career he is a sportsman. If people wanted entertainment they will see a movie. They don’t want this pollution. Corruption of sports. Fooling audiences over staged matches is punishable fraud, forgery in addition to flouting sports ethics because of match fixing
If IPL is entertainment real cricketers please exit. Only Bollywood actresses, producers and directors can dance there over pre-scripted matches.

Cricketers are national assets. Cricket is national spectrum. If telecom licenses were scrapped due to fraud why IPL licenses should not be scrapped – it was not a public auction, it was a private club. All the licenses must be SCRAPPED - Telenor’s licenses were scrapped and they had to write off US3bn$ for misusing national telecom spectrum.

Why is IPL model inviting foreign cricketers when millions of Indian kids are cricket aspirants? So that international betting, gambling, fixing syndicates get interested? Why does Modi still vociferously pitch for IPL? If franchises are making crores of losses from where is the money coming? Take eg of Zinta – she invests 30-40 crores annually in IPL & her publicity, she has no films, from where is her money coming? Why is KXIP pitching for Out of country cricket? Lakhs of Indian kids aspire to be cricketers there is no need to hire foreigners.
IPL is not sports. No sportsmanspirit. No team allegiance. Cricketers bought and sold for money. If model promotes horism how can small time cricketers be blamed?
Cricketers now lose all national and international matches. Why do they care?
Ban IPL. Reinstate 22 state teams that compete with each other instead of this private IPL tamasha?
IPL staged matches is deceiving public. If IPL is entertainment confess it is all staged. Just have bollywood. Real cricketers please exit.
Cheerleaders soliciting audience, models soliciting young cricketers, bollywood hores soliciting rich franchise owners. It is pimping and horism
22 state teams should compete. Best players play for the nation. National allegiance, team spirit. Clean cricket. BAN IPL

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
