Yeddyurappa to remain Karnataka chief minister
Yeddyurappa will continue as Karnataka chief minister, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) announced Wednesday.
"After consultation with party leaders, the party has decided Mr Yeddyurappa will continue as the chief minister of Karnataka," party spokesperson Prakash Javadekar told reporters.
Mr Yeddyurappa is facing allegations of favouring his close relatives with prime land in Karnataka and the opposition has been demanding his ouster.

It is a shame on the BJP for not directing Yeddy to step down. So what if " so-called allegations".. BJP is crtainly lost the image of the party with difference. I think there is some level of honesty with Congress and not with BJP.
