Improve your muscle flexor
For improved neck and wrist flexibility, try this cat stretch pose
Come on all fours with your knees hip-width apart and your arms shoulder-width apart. As you exhale, round your spine while you tuck your chin close to your chest and push yourself away from the floor. Keep your arms straight. As you inhale, raise your left arm up and your right leg up while keeping your balance. Gently tighten your right buttocks while you look up. As you exhale return to the Cat Stretch.
With your next inhalation, raise your right arm up and your left leg up while gently tightening your left buttock and look up. This is one set. Practice 10 sets.
Benefits: This exercise helps to strengthen your back, shoulders and your wrist bones. At the same time, it also improves the flexibility of your neck and gently tones your arms.
