Let the stress free
To ease your tired muscles, try these yogic poses
Sit comfortably in the thunderbolt pose with your spine upright and your shoulders rolled back. Hold onto both heels. As inhale, lengthen your spine.
As you exhale, round your spine and fold forward while you bring your chin to your chest and forehead towards your knees. Relax your entire body just like how a child relaxes. As you inhale, return to the starting pose.
This is one set. Practice 10 sets.
Benefits: A wonderful pose for relieving joint pains and stiffness in the lower back. At the same time, it also gently massages the abdomen and improves blood circulation to the upper body and the front brain.
