Ardha Shalabhasana (Half Locust Pose)
To begin, lie flat down on your abdomen with your legs straight and close together. Next, place your palms next to each other and facing upwards underneath your pelvis and keep your chin resting on the floor. As you inhale, raise your right leg up while gently tightening your buttocks. Avoid tilting your pelvis sideways. As you exhale, lower your right leg to the floor. Repeat with the left leg. This is one set. Practice 10 sets.
