Bata India to invest Rs 200 cr
Bata India Limited, the largest shoes maker in the country has earmarked an investment of Rs 200 crore in the next three years, beginning this fiscal.
The investments will include opening of new stores as well as the installation of plant and machinery.
92,000 undertrials freed under scheme
Under the National Mission for Delivery of Justice and Legal Reforms, aimed at reducing the number of undertrials in the country’s jails, more than 92,000 undertrials have been either discharged or granted bail from custody till April 30.
