The two Pakistani nationals, believed to be Indian Mujahideen cadre, who had stayed in Byculla prior to the 13/7 triple blasts had done a recce of the Lalbaugcha Raja between September 1 and 4, investigations have revealed. Sources said the duo could not gather the explosives on time and left for Delhi, where they are believed to have been involved in the September 7 blasts outside the Delhi high court.
