Jaipur’s Vishal Singh returned a splendid six-under 65 in round two of the IndianOil XtraPremium Masters 2012 at the Digboi Golf Links, Assam, to go three strokes ahead at the halfway stage of the tournament. Vishal had a total score of 10-under 132.

In the end, it was the offensive Birdie Boro who beat Lalrinpuia 4-2 to clinch the sub-junior boys’ singles crown in the national ranking (Central Zone) table tennis championships at the Gaushala Indoor Stadium in Jodhpur.
