A well-drafted resume, crisp formal outfit and impeccable confidence are the usual requirements for a job interview. But companies are throwing away the hiring rule book to incorporate challenging tasks that may make the process easy for the more adventurous, but a little difficult for the go-by-the-rules guy.

Leading from start to finish, Piyush Sangwan won the Tata Steel Northern India Amateur Golf Championship at the Jack Nicklaus-designed Classic Golf Resort in Gurgaon on Friday. The 14-year-old shot a final round of 3-over 75 on a windy day but still managed to finish the tournament at 2-under 286, four clear of his nearest rivals Manav Das and Samarth Dwivedi.
