His uncle Aamir started the trend more than a decade ago with Aati Kya Khandala and now Imran is taking it forward. Much like mamu jaan, the actor has turned singer for his film Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola and will be seen crooning an entire number titled Chaar Dina Ki.

Considering that his directorial debut made a star out of Farhan Akhtar and lent credibility to Arjun Rampal as an actor, one would have expected Abhishek Kapoor’s next film to boast of even more established stars.

The much talked about Raj Kumar Hirani film P.K. is all set to go on the floors on February 1 next year in an extended schedule with its lead pair Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma.

Contrary to all rumours doing the rounds, Ranbir Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan won’t be seen sharing the frame anytime soon. There were loud whispers in the industry that the two star sons will be uniting for Sudhir Mishra’s most ambitious venture Mehrunnisa but the director has denied it.

And the one who’s got the lead is Mukesh Bhatt. Audiences will now be able to enjoy the first look of Murder 3 along with their dose of Dabangg 2.

It is an undisputed fact that public holidays are the best time for a Bollywood release and are very aggressively booked by the industry’s big guns.

The year is drawing to a close, yet there is still no clarity about which film Salman Khan will be starting work on next.
