2 children die in wall collapse
Two children were killed and another suffered injuries when the wall of an under-construction building collapsed in west Delhi’s Vikaspuri area on Tuesday morning.
The police said the incident was reported from the New Krishna Park in Vikaspuri at around 11.20 am. A call was received by the police control room that the wall of an under-construction building had collapsed and a number of people were feared trapped beneath the debris.
Court: Witnesses turning hostile becoming endemic
Questioning the prosecution of all the witnesses who turned hostile during the Jessica Lall murder trial, a division bench comprising Justices S. Ravindra Bhat and G.P. Mittal of the Delhi high court on Tuesday said that the incident of “turning hostile” has become “endemic” and all such persons cannot be painted with the same brush.
CM to take step to enforce wedding laws

CVC report on CWG graft by March end

Two brothers drown in Burari stream
Two teenage brothers in north Delhi’s Burari area met their watery grave after they drowned in a stream, the police said on Tuesday.
The police said the incident took place on Monday evening when the deceased, identified as Bhairav, 15, and his brother Monu, 9, went to bathe in a stream in the Burari area. The victims were accompanied by their younger brother Gaurav, 6, and some friends.
