60-yr woman raped, killed; accused arrested

A 60-year-old woman was raped and murdered in Majnu Ka Tila area of north Delhi. The police has arrested a 45-year-old man, Achchhey Lal. Lal had earlier been acquitted in a rape case in 2007.
