A 25-year-old woman was allegedly gangraped in Connaught Place on Sunday evening by a Delhi police constable and his friend who have been arrested by the police.
Police officials said the victim, who works with an insurance company, was raped by the accused Manoj, a Delhi police traffic constable in Chanakyapuri circle in his Alto car parked in the upscale Connaught Place area on Sunday evening. Manoj was accompanied by his friend Sudhir who also allegedly raped her and he has also been arrested.

Talks were underway on Tuesday evening between the management and the employees. All union leaders are expected to be in New Delhi on Tuesday for talks with the management.
