Wild tusker spreads panic in asansol village

A tusker has spread panic in Topshi village in Jamuria police station of Asansol subdivision. Forest department officials are monitoring the movements of the elephant which strayed into the area apparently from the Mejia forest of Bankura district on Friday evening.

CPM bid to ensure partial strike on Feb. 21

Cop ‘rapes’ woman with marriage promise
