The BJP on Tuesday demanded that President Pratibha Patil should recall Karnataka governor H.R. Bhardwaj for recommending President’s Rule in the state. Cops solve murder of married woman

The south east Delhi police has cracked the murder case of a 21-year-old woman who was brutally murdered at the Millennium Park in April.
The police said the accused identified as Jitender Singh, 26, a plumber, allegedly slit the throat of the deceased Sandhya after marrying her. The deceased was already married and Singh wanted to get rid of her.

MP BJP MLA son shot dead, 1 arrested

The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party MLA from Bargi, Pratibha Singh’s son Nitin (31) was shot dead in village Makanpur, falling under Belkheda police station in Jabalpur district, a little after 12.30 am on Tuesday. The police has arrested the main accused Durgesh (20) along with one of his accomplices and seized the weapon of crime.
