Spanish national robbed by bikers

In a third such incident of its kind, a Spanish national was allegedly robbed by bike-borne assailants in Mandir Marg area in the heart of the national capital on Monday evening.

The crime branch has arrested two Indian Railway employees for running a fake railway recruitment scam and cheating hundreds of aspiring candidates in the city.
The accused have been identified as Om Pal Singh, 38, a helper in Northern Railways and Sandeep Kumar, 37, a staff welfare inspector in Indian Railway Conference Association here, the police said.
