BJP to launch campaign against govt

Continuing its attack on the UPA government against corruption, price rise, black money and the ongoing scams, the main Opposition BJP is all set to launch a nation-wide “Jansangarsh” campaign against the Central government from April 6.

Anna Hazare begins his indefinite hungerstrike

Noted social activist Anna Hazare dug in his heels over his demand that the government bring in a stronger Lokpal Bill to tackle corruption and proceeded on an indefinite hungerstrike at the capital’s Jantar Mantar on Tuesday.
