DERC to get new chairman

After over six months, the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission will have a new chairman, as former bureaucrat P.D. Sudhakar would be sworn in for the post by city power minister Haroon Yusuf on Monday. Also, the Delhi government will get its new chief secretary in P. K. Tripathi, who too would be taking charge of his office on Monday.

Woman is raped by her neighbour

A 35-year-old woman was allegedly raped by her neighbour in east Delhi’s Kalyanpuri area on Sunday.
