The Enforcement Directorate will soon starts its probe into the alleged financial irregularities in awarding contracts related to the overlays for the Commonwealth Games (CWG). Contracts for overlays amounted to a total of nearly Rs 700 crores.

However, officials maintained that the outcome of Tokyo visit was discussed at the meeting, which lasted for about three hours.
