Blueline driver held for jewellery theft
The Delhi police on Thursday arrested a Blueline bus driver for allegedly stealing diamonds and silver worth over `20 lakhs from the residence of an NTPC engineer.

Delhi Metro to beat London by ’17: Nath
The Delhi Metro will be bigger than London Metro by 2017. By one km. The newly-appointed Union urban development minister, Kamal Nath, on Thursday said that by 2017 the capital will have a total Metro length of 415 km, more than the London Metro network, which is planned to grow to 414 km from its current track length of 402 km.
Defiant schools to face action

Woman lawyer rescues former RAW official
A woman lawyer came to the rescue of former RAW official Nisha Priya Bhatia after the ex-official, frustrated at adjournments in various courts, tried to disrobe in the Delhi high court, and pleaded for her release on the ground that she had school-going children. The court then decided to hear the matter in-camera.
