Cong attacks BJP link with Kushabhau land

In a bid to turn heat on main Opposition BJP, which has been making all the hue and cry on the issue of corruption, Congress on Monday launched a frontal attack on the saffron party by putting up a volley of posers against its top leaders for their association with Kushabhau Thakre Nyas in Bhopal, which has got 20 acres of prime land in the city at a nominal rent.

‘Oil firms must explain 2 hikes’

In line with the concerns raised by people at large over recent spurt in the prices of petrol, Congress on Monday said, since two hikes amounting to `5 in one month seem “tad unfair”, Oil-Marketing Companies (OMCs) should explain the reasons for the recent increase in public domain.

Tomato set to add to price woes
