A speeding Toyota Corolla car mowed down two unidentified men in Tilak Nagar area of west Delhi on Monday night. Police officials said the incident took place at around 12.30 am when the Corolla car, driven by a Delhi University first year student, identified as Ankit Arora, 19, was racing with another unidentified car.
