4 road cave-ins in a single day
The city roads are refusing to hold up after heavy monsoon rains as four more cave-ins were reported over the last 24 hours. A 15-foot long crater was formed when the road connecting ISBT to Shahdara caved in at Seelampur on Tuesday at around 2 pm. “A part of the road collapsed in adjoining nullah, which led to a 15-foot long crater,” a senior police official said.
CM: Lock rooms to prevent thefts

Jamia student, 20, beaten to death
A 20-year-old student of Jamia Millia Islamia was bludgeoned to death by four students on Tuesday afternoon. Police officials said the incident took place at around 3 pm near Ansari Health Club on the university campus.
