Former Haryana DGP S.P.S. Rathore, serving a 18-month sentence in the Ruchika Girhotra molestation case, was granted bail by the Supreme Court Thursday after the CBI virtually decided to close its investigation in all three fresh cases against him.

Ex-cop held in murder case
A dismissed sub-inspector of the Delhi police has been arrested in the west Delhi for allegedly killing his domestic help in June. The accused was angry over the fact that the domestic help, who had been working with him for the past 15 to 20 years, had become friendly with his wife.
