The chairman of the MCD’s works committee, Mr Jagdish Mamgain, has written a letter to the Delhi lieutenant-governor seeking his intervention to resolve the deadlock between various agencies so that the corporation’s Commonwealth Games 2010-related projects could be completed on time, at least for now.
