Abducted girl rescued from Nepal
Days after she was abducted from her north Delhi residence, a three-year-old daughter of a railways official was rescued from Kathmandu’s international airport by the Delhi police. The girl Vaibhavi Chaturvedi is a pre-nursery student at a local government school. Her father Venkateshwar Chaturvedi, is an inspector in railways’ planning department.
Irked CM slaps notice on Gupta
After Delhi BJP chief Vijendra Gupta alleged that the party hoardings were removed at the behest of chief minister Sheila Dikshit, he was served a legal notice for defamation.
