The email that Commonwealth Games Organising Committee chairman Suresh Kalmadi has cited to justify payment of a large sum of money to a London-based company is not authentic. A class 4 student of an MCD primary school drowned in a rain water filled pit at Kakrola in Najafgarh zone of the corporation on Monday evening.
